THE MEAT GRINDER OF HISTORY IS HUNGRY. AND STERLING IS ON THE MENU.

Sterling thought he'd seen it all. He's bungled his way through the Russian Revolution, accidentally saved Rasputin, and survived a future United States run by a Russo-Chinese conglomerate. He's been a traveler, a fugitive, and—most recently—a service turkey.

But as the timeline fractures, the jokes are wearing thin.

Oliver Ward is no longer just chasing Sterling through time; he's trying to dismantle it. From the scorched ruins of 1812 Moscow to the paranoid streets of 1937 Leningrad, Ward is turning the handle of a historical meat grinder designed to pulp anyone who stands in his way.

With a chain-smoking hedgehog who's regaining his humanity and a woman who knows exactly when she's going to die, Sterling must find the final piece of the Kolovrat Trinity. To stop the cycle, he has to do the unthinkable: stop trying to be a hero and start being a Russian.

Because in this game, you have to hit the devil nine times. And on the ninth, you have to be the one who pushes him over the edge.

In the end, only one truth remains: Hope dies last. But it doesn't go down without a fight.
